Our Invitations

I'm very excited to FINALLY be sending out our wedding invites! No turning back now! I need some postage still for a few of them, but we're getting there. They should be in the mail tomorrow (with the exception of a few that I still need addresses for and everyone we work with, who will get them delivered to save me a little money :). My graphic designer friend and mistress of ceremonies, Kristin Hucyk, designed them and also did them at cost as my wedding gift, so I greatly appreciate that! Check them out... or just wait til yours comes in the mail!

On the left is the invite itself, which shows off our city theme. That's the actual GR skyline, neat huh? On the right we have three little paper inserts that give you wedding info. Accommodations at the Amway and directions are on the back one, RSVP is the return postcard everyone sends back to let us know they are coming or not, and the Things to Do section is a list of stuff to do in GR if anyone is staying for a day or so, or just needs to kill time before the reception and after the ceremony. There's a map on the back as well to show the location of all the spots that might interest guests. Everything is in a cool blue folder that is closed with a personalized sticker I made, yay!

Mom and Kara helped me assemble them all on Saturday, here's our handiwork.

The RSVP-by date is April 30, but PLEASE send yours back ASAP, even if I already know you are coming! Can't wait!!!!!
