There was a traffic jam getting downtown and parking was a hassle and a half. The girls didn't want anything to do with Santa, the place was packed, Julie wouldn't eat like a normal person (well, as much as she is capable of anyway), and we didn't get to do any shopping. But it was still fun!
Once we got into the market, we all met up in the Santa line. I was surprised how upset they both got! We were hoping to get a good shot of both the girls with Santa but no such luck! Might have to wait a few years for that now. After that, we got some dinner at Slo's BBQ. It was busy but we found a seat and tried to feed the girls. Ellie was fine, as usual Julie had to be a bit challenging. I'm used to having Mike there to help out but we managed. She didn't eat much and was more interested in trying to get my food but oh well. The cutest was when the girls were trying to reach each other's hands in their strollers. Or maybe it was when a fun song came on and they were dancing. Ellie sways and wiggles back and forth while Jules prefers to bounce. So cute!
