It's Mommy and Daddy's anniversary (of getting engaged... and also our half anniversary, which is why we celebrate it), so yay! It's also Julie's birthday party week, which we're working on making awesome. There may be too many people coming but we'll make it work somehow. Anyway, this past week Julie got to decorate the Christmas tree (and we got to try to keep her away from it after that) and then we got to go meet Santa and some baby reindeer in Byron Center on Saturday. Julie stayed warm and was interested, but that's about it. We also went to have dinner at Aunt Kara's on Sunday, which was fun because her new apartment is looking more like home. Julie was super warm (red cheeks) so we let her hang around without her shirt on to cool off. She was very giggly and cute and kept trying to stick her finger in Auntie's belly button. Quit it, Jules!
