Just one day shy of her first birthday, Laina is 52 weeks and "Laina Picture Day" comes to an end. To celebrate, she's a pretty little (and smiley) unicorn for her last picture day. We had a fun weekend, as it was in the mid 40s and we took Julie to Mountain Minnies at Cannonsburg, so Laina and we (including the Ronas's) were able to wander around outside in the sun and get some fresh air and vitamin D for awhile.
After that, we were even able to go outside and make a snowman. I don't remember the last time I did that and Julie's been asking about it for awhile so with the snow melting this weekend, it was good for it finally. It's already gone as it rained a ton the past couple days but it was fun while it lasted!
I was sick yesterday morning but so far everyone else is good and I'm back to normal, so only a couple more days until Laina's cake smash session and her birthday party. I can't wait! Fingers crossed and prayers said that everything goes off without a hitch. And then she starts daycare on Monday. Oh Lu, I love you so!
