The morning started out damp but it dried out into a beautiful day! We met the Ronas's at Manhattan Park in East GR for their egg hunt. It was so nice of Hien to include us. Allie broke her arm the week before but she's just fine, despite the cast. She and Julie played on the swings and the slide, even had a picnic, but the highlight was the egg hunt. Everyone brought 12 eggs with something inside to hide and then the kids (pretty much all little ones like ours) got to grab 'em. The girls weren't thrilled but they were into it enough. A fun day. We even tried to fly Charles' itty bitty kite afterwards (it was really windy) but we weren't too successful. Should have taken photos of that ;)
