My little Lu has learned a lot of new tricks this week. She's pretty much gotten the hang of grabbing things. Most things she grabs go up to her mouth. Time to bring on the drool ;) It's fun to watch her learn to use her limbs. Seems so odd to be excited for that but hey, watching a little one grow is awesome. She also managed to hold her head up well during tummy time. It's not every time but she's getting the knack for it. One of the times (when we were up at Mom and Dad's this weekend), she even rolled herself over from front to back. I'm not ready for her to be rolling yet but she's almost there. She's been doing a crazy kicking thing, usually in her bassinet, which when we saw the Ronas's this weekend was how Adalynn managed to do back to front rolling... uh oh! Like I said, not ready for that yet! She is only 3 months and Adalynn in 6 months... hopefully we can wait a bit longer.
Anyway, Laina also gave me a little giggle this weekend while I was tickling her. I couldn't get her to do it again but I can't wait for more. She's been using her voice a lot, it's so sweet! She's growing so much and still giving all the happiest smiles. When she talks ("goooo!"), it's even cuter. And Julie still loves her and protects her... kind of ;) Having two babies is tough but I wouldn't trade it for the world!
